Intuition: How to develop it

With so much going on in the world today, we can often allow our fear to cloud our intuition. We can often become consumed with the idea of controlling everything around us that we forget to relax. This leads to being tired, weight gain, stress and it all adds up in the end. We all have a natural intuition inside of us, and once we learn to step out of that 'fear bubble' then we bloom into powerful beings.

My goal with today's article is to give you some very effective ways you can personally develop your intuition from anywhere, and without spending a dime. Intuition is like a muscle. If you work it out, it will get stronger yet at the same time if you don't use it, it's not going to be strong at all so ultimately your power lies in your own hands. How far you go is completely up to you. Here are some ways to work out your intuition:

I find that the most effective way to not only strengthen your intuition, but also release all that negative energy we build up throughout the day is by meditating. Meditation is useful for so many different parts of our life as it allows us to calm and quiet the mind. Intuition often sends us messages very quietly, so by quieting the mind you'll be able to pick up on those messages much easier.

Another way I like to work out my intuition is by focusing on noticing all that I can with my first 5 senses: sight, sound, touch, taste and smell. Really focusing on picking up everything I can with those senses and by doing so your intuition will start picking up more as well naturally on it's own.

The third way to work out your intuition and make it stronger is by paying attention to your dreams. Let's face it, the world can be a loud place to live sometimes and our minds are always running. As mentioned earlier, messages from our intuition are generally quiet so in a loud world they can be hard to pick up on. When we sleep, the mind is quiet and messages do come in the form of dreams sometimes. I've had many of my dreams be powerful premonitions of things to come so I have a dream diary that I write my dreams in when they feel important.

Another useful way to strengthen your intuition is to consult with Oracle Cards. Try interpreting them first before you consult the guide book. Intuition works in so many different ways, and cards can help bring those messages we need to the surface. Oracle Cards have been used for ages for this exact purpose so if you're really wanting to develop your abilities, I would suggest getting Oracle Cards for sure.

The fifth thing I like to do with my intuition is test my hunches. For example, if I feel strongly that it's going to snow tomorrow even though the media said it won't, I will write it down. If I feel strongly that someone is going to reach out to me, I'll write their name down and come back to it. I find I'm rarely wrong and it's really fun to do so try testing your hunches to see if you're right. This is a great way to make it stronger.

Being outside in nature, away from the technologies and temptations of the world is another effective way to grow your intuition. Before we had computers, phones or even electricity, humans had to rely on our intuition just to get through the day. Intuition is our original tool before machines were created that made it irrelevant. The world is an amazing place, so much beauty so go out in nature sometimes, connect with it. This is a great way to enhance your abilities.

There are many more things you can do such as feeling more and thinking less, or practicing sensing into someone before you know them. The list goes on and on yet it's important to know we are all born with a powerful intuition inside of us. Whether or not we grow it and develop it is our choice - just know it is possible. Have a safe week ahead, let's make 2021 the year we all remember for good reasons.
